Maria Coppola, DVM

Dr. Coppola received her DVM from St. George’s University, in Grenada, West Indes, finishing her final clinical year at Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech. Prior to that, the Pittsburgh, PA native received her Bachelors degree at Florida Southern College in nearby Lakeland, FL. Throughout her education, she spent time volunteering at shelters and fostering cats.

Dr. Coppola grew up around German Shepherds and many beloved cats. Her love of animals was fostered young and now she cares for two cats of her own, Ellah and Max right here in Tampa. Perhaps a dog is next up on her adoption list. She relies heavy on her support system, her mom and dad, siblings and friends. She is 1 of 6 siblings, and her family continues to grow with sister in laws, brother in laws, and nieces. She is a Steelers fan and loves to attend games when she is home. When not at work, you can find her at home cuddling her cats, outside for a run, lounging out by the pool, or gaming with friends.
